Diwakar Pingle is a Partner in Strategy and Transactions at EY India. He leads the firm's Investor Relations Advisory practice, helping companies strengthen their capital-markets positioning and deepen investor trust. With close to three decades of experience across corporate finance, investment banking, and investor relations, he brings a rare combination of market insight and boardroom perspective to how businesses communicate value.
Before joining EY, Diwakar founded and scaled Christensen India's investor relations operations, advising some of India's most prominent listed corporates on their market approach, shareholder engagement and fair valuation. His earlier experience spans ABB India, NM Rothschild, Tionale Enterprises and Satyam Computers, where he worked on project financing and corporate finance advisory transactions across infrastructure, technology and manufacturing sectors.
Diwakar holds an Integrated Master's degree in Engineering from BITS Pilani and a postgraduate degree in Finance (PGDM) from Symbiosis, Pune.
