Garima is the Global Compliance and Reporting leader with EY in India. She has over 20 years of experience in advising and assisting clients on a broad range of tax and regulatory issues. She has extensive experience in addressing tax and regulatory issues in Telecom, Technology and Professional Services sector on various aspects of domestic and cross border taxation, including tax treaty interpretation. She has gained wide experience in undertaking tax due diligence exercises, consulting on acquisition of businesses and structuring of transactions. During her two-year stint with the US practice, she supported the organization in development and implementation of Global Tax Risk Assessment methodology.
