Jaiman Patel

Jaiman is a Partner at EY India, specializing in the GIFT City-IFSC (International Financial Services Centre) and International Tax practice. He has extensive experience in the financial services sector, focusing on a wide range of tax and regulatory issues.

Over the past two decades, Jaiman has advised numerous clients on identifying investment and operating structures for both inbound and outbound investments.

More recently, he has worked on structures involving India's only IFSC located in GIFT city. He has played a key role in the establishment of banks, insurance entities, FPIs, fund managers, finance and leasing companies, brokers, and more at GIFT City-IFSC.

Jaiman also provides guidance on complex financial transactions, benchmarking studies, SEBI/RBI matters, transfer pricing reports and MAP/APA issues. He has authored several articles on emerging tax issues, made representations to the government and is an active speaker at various forums, including ICAI and GIFT City.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
