Maez leads EY Cybersecurity Managed Services in the emerging markets. She also leads EY Cybersecurity Global Delivery center in the Philippines, supporting the organization’s major clients across the globe.

She is a multi-awarded technology leader and international speaker, recognized among the 100 Most Influential Filipino Women and a Hall of Fame inductee in Top Women in Security. In 2025, Maez was honored as the first ever EY Global Women in Technology (WiT) Extraordinary Woman of the Year, underscoring her leadership in driving technology initiatives, large-scale threat detection and response operations and her dedication to empowering women in technology.

Maez is actively serving as a global advisory board member of key cybersecurity alliance vendor partners, advising on how to further improve the cybersecurity ecosystem. She has been responsible for developing and implementing broad security strategies and conducting in-depth incident investigations throughout the region.
