Pragyal has almost 20 years’ experience within the urban infrastructure and tourism sectors. He leads the EY India Consulting practice for Urban Development with a focus on Government and Public Sector.
He has worked extensively on city transformation and rejuvenation agendas with a specific focus on urban poverty, inclusive cities, municipal institutional strengthening, and cultural tourism.
Pragyal has spent his career with EY. He holds an MBA in Finance.
