Pulkit Gupta is a Partner in Strategy and Transactions at EY India, with a focus on debt and special situations practice.

He has over 18 years of experience and leads engagements that involve crisis stabilization, buy/sell-side support for distressed company resolution and the restructuring and turnaround of stressed businesses. He has worked across diverse sectors, including retail, industrial products, infrastructure, healthcare and automotive components.

Pulkit is a Chartered Accountant and a registered Insolvency Professional with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Corporate Insolvency from Insolvency Professional Association (IPA) of UK and has cleared CFA Program Level II from the CFA Institute in the US. Pulkit holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Delhi University.
