Outside of work, Radhika is passionate about visiting different countries, exploring their cultures and cuisines.

With nearly three decades of deep Financial Services transformation experience, Radhika Saigal leads the Financial Services Consulting practice at EY India. After having helped scale a large FS global capability center (GCC) business in India, she is now focused on growing the domestic as well as the GCC segments across business, technology, risk and people advisory.  

Radhika combines strategic vision with strong execution to help transform financial services across banking, capital markets, wealth & asset management (WAM) and insurance leveraging GenAI, machine learning, cloud transformation, legacy modernization and emerging technology strategy. 

Before EY, Radhika spent over a decade at a leading global financial services firm, where she served as COO of the technology centre in India, led emerging tech practices, and was APAC head of productivity improvement for the Institutional Client Group. She played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the company’s technology centre in India and delivered multi million dollar transformation programs that earned recognition at the Global CIO Council.

How Radhika is shaping the future with confidence

In the early years of her career, Radhika spent 12 years at a major technology services company, leading BFSI solution delivery and collaborating with leading financial institutions on their digital transformation journeys. Recognized as an industry thought leader, she has co created product roadmaps with technology providers, collaborated with startups to build AI based digitization solutions, and frequently speaks at industry forums on digital transformation, automation, and technology strategy.
