Rashmi has over 20 years of consulting experience, largely in financial services and technology sectors. Her key focus areas are Software Asset Management and License Cost Optimization.
She has led Software Asset Management engagements for large organizations to assess the effectiveness of their SAM processes, provide them an understanding of their effective license position for major software publishers and optimize licenses to achieve better ROI on their spends.
Rashmi has also worked with various Business Consulting teams on large Technology Cost Optimization and Mergers & Acquisitions engagements, covering application and infrastructure rationalization and the corresponding software asset rationalization.
Rashmi holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
