Sameer is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in advising senior executives from large corporates on tax and regulatory matters affecting their businesses, building tax strategies and efficiencies.
He has guided several companies in defining investment structures for businesses to invest in India, as well as advising clients on their overseas expansion. He has worked with several clients, cutting across sectors like banking and capital markets, asset management, private equity, and technology.
He is the Tax Leader at EY India and a member of the EMEIA Tax Executive team.
He is also a member of the Global Tax Leadership Group at EY.
