Sonu leads the People Advisory Services for EY in India to provide integrated tax and HR advisory services for meeting People related challenges of an organization. She has over 27 years of work experience. She has advocated for reforms in personal tax, labour codes, social security and immigration laws in India. She regularly contributes in various events on mobility, tax, HR and Diversity and Inclusiveness related issues. She is a member of EY India Foundation Grant Committee. EY India Foundation works on initiatives aimed at “Giving back to our communities”.
