Utkarsh has over 18 years of experience in Indian indirect taxes, focusing on service tax, excise laws, foreign trade policy, customs, entertainment tax and sales tax and has invested significant time in tax technology at EY which includes design thinking, innovation and tax transformation.
He is also leading a suite of solutions for managing the vendor ecosystem, maximizing the input tax credit recoveries and 360-degree review for the clients. He leads the team in India that developed the first registered PEPPOL access point for international exchange of e-invoices.
