With over 20 years of experience in talent and leadership transformation, Vidya has been at the forefront of shaping how organizations think about people, potential and performance. She has designed and led large-scale transformation journeys, working closely with HR and business leaders to build future-ready teams.
Earlier in her career, Vidya played a hands-on role in setting up new businesses and working with early-stage start-ups, helping them define products and go-to-market strategies from the ground up.
Beyond her professional role, she is deeply passionate about mentoring young people across diverse backgrounds, helping them build self-belief, set bold aspirations and unlock their potential.
