Anup Singh is a Partner at EY Kenya, leading the Government and Infrastructure practice in East Africa. He advises governments, multilateral organizations, and development finance institutions on infrastructure policy,  transformation, economic and social inclusion, and development strategies.

With over 20 years of experience, Anup has worked extensively in inclusive finance, digital transformation, and MSME development, supporting public sector modernization across Africa. Before joining EY, he was the regional head for MicroSave Consulting in Africa.

He holds a Master’s in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal, and a Bachelor’s in Dairy Technology from Indira Gandhi Agricultural University, Raipur.
