Denis is an assurance- audit partner in Kenya. He is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of high-quality audit engagements which involves leading the audit strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights that create value for clients. Denis also acts as the key liaison between the audit team, client management, and the Board Audit Committee. Previously, he was a Managing Director in the U.S. and a Senior Manager in both the U.S. and Bermuda- all EY offices, managing audit teams and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards. He holds a master’s in business administration (Finance) from Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University.
