Areas of focus

Jeff Leach is the Americas head of business development for Strategy and Transactions at Ernst & Young LLP. He is responsible for developing and deploying market initiatives across the Americas. Jeff leads a number of EY-sponsored client forums, including the Corporate Development Leaderships Network, where he facilitates peer-to-peer dialogue among the M&A leaders of Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to his current role, Jeff was the Southeast Region business development leader for Strategy and Transactions, where he established and managed relationships with senior corporate executives, private equity investors, investment banking professionals and entrepreneurs. Before joining EY, Jeff held leadership roles in a global professional services firm and two boutique consultancies.

He holds a BS in Foreign Service, Magna Cum Laude, from Georgetown University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
