With more than 25 years of experience advising leading financial services organizations across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, he turns strategy into action by leveraging technology, data and AI to deliver innovative solutions that support C-suite growth agendas.

Previously, Gurdeep served as the EY Americas Financial Services Consulting Deputy Leader and the Global and Americas Wealth and Asset Management Consulting Leader. Throughout his career, he has advised firms on complex strategic and operational initiatives spanning product innovation, finance and risk transformation, technology modernization and managed services.

Gurdeep holds a master’s degree in management and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from universities in India.
