Jennifer is a partner in Business Consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, serving as Retail Consulting Partner and Global Client Service Partner. She brings more than 30 years of experience across the retail industry and global consulting, helping clients solve cross-enterprise pain points, particularly in store operations, loss prevention, and inventory – often through Artificial Intelligence powered solutions.

Jennifer’s career started at The Gap, where she gained valuable experience in both stores and headquarters. Using her industry knowledge to drive innovation for clients, she then moved into consulting. Focusing on root causes and industry issues, she creates differentiated, revenue-generating customer and employee experiences across channels, products, and businesses. Focusing on store operations, inventory and loss prevention for apparel, hardlines, discount and grocery sectors, she collaborates with clients to streamline operations and improve growth opportunities.

She holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.

She also contributes to her community through her role on the rvatech board, where she champions innovation and talent development in Virginia’s tech sector.
