As EY Americas and US Vice Chair and General Counsel, Jason serves as a trusted advisor to the Americas Operating Executive and US Management Committee. He plays an important role in strategic decision-making, mitigating legal risk and upholding the firm’s continued commitments to quality, integrity and building trust.
Prior to joining EY, Jason was the General Counsel of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and was a partner at the international law firm of King & Spalding, where he advised major companies and their executives on financial and white-collar investigations, enforcement and compliance issues.
Jason is passionate about maintaining the highest ethical standards and reinforcing a values-focused culture committed to quality. He received his JD, cum laude, from Cornell Law School and his BA from Dartmouth College. Jason currently resides in Virginia with his wife, sons and black lab.
