Kelly is the EY Global Energy and Infrastructure Sector Law Leader. She has over 15 years’ experience across the energy industry, including oil and gas, power (conventional, nuclear and renewables), energy storage and new fuels and related infrastructure delivery.
She has an extensive background in multidisciplinary transactions with deep experience globally of Power Purchase Agreements, M&A, project financing, project delivery and construction, asset management and energy regulation. Kelly also focuses on new technologies, such as hydrogen, and innovative project and transaction implementation in the energy transition. With detailed knowledge and experience across sectors, Kelly is adept at advising energy and non-energy clients on transformational projects. She works right across the energy value chain from new fuels, distributed energy solutions and virtual power plants, to supporting customers looking at sustainability strategies and ESG-focused standards for their business.
