Tashkent, 20 July 2026 – EY today announced the appointment of Daniyar Adigamov as a Partner within EY-Parthenon practice in Uzbekistan. In his role, he will help further develop the firm's valuation, modelling and economics, transaction support, M&A and restructuring capabilities across Central Asia and the Caucasus.
Daniyar has more than 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, valuation, forensic services and audit. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered over 400 projects across a wide range of industries.
Daniyar is a seasoned consulting and advisory leader with extensive experience advising clients across the financial services, telecommunications, energy, mining and infrastructure sectors. Over the course of his career, he has led complex engagements involving M&A transactions, financial institution restructuring, corporate strategy, capital raising and large-scale business transformation.
He has established and expanded financial advisory practices across the CIS region, led multidisciplinary teams, and worked closely with boards, shareholders and executive leadership teams on strategic decision-making and value creation. His experience also includes valuation, preparation for international capital market transactions, and supporting organizations through periods of growth, change and restructuring.
