Areas of focus

Kevin is a Partner with Ernst & Young – United Kingdom’s Financial Services Restructuring team and leads the UK&I practice advising on exits and rationalization.

Having joined EY in 2008, he has over 25 years of restructuring experience, mainly in financial services. He advises financial services organizations on restructuring to simplify structures, create capital efficiency or respond to regulatory changes, including Brexit.

In addition, he provides strategies for deriving value from discontinued businesses using transfers, disposals and schemes of arrangement. He has extensive experience in the run-off, restructuring and insolvency of insurers and brokers.

Kevin earned a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
