Juliana Lam

EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ Asia-Pacific Class of 2023
Founder and President, Julius Industries Limited and INNOTIER, Greater China

Juliana Lam is the Founder and President of Julius Industries Limited, a Hong Kong-based manufacturer of gloves and fashion accessories. With 20 years of manufacturing experience she founded Julius Industries in 2016 with strong beliefs in ESG and building a “business with a purpose” mindset.

During the COVID-19 pandemic while the demand for masks had been rapidly increasing and the supply declining at an unprecedented rate, Juliana found single-use masks to be unsustainable over the long-term driving her to found INNOTIER. Based on three pillars of hygiene technology, sustainability, and fashionable lifestyle, INNOTIER has a seamless vertical operation with high quality ESG results.

Juliana has over 20 years of manufacturing experience in the gloves and accessories industries, and had managed over 20 glove factories in Mainland China and Southeast Asian countries. She was the only female award winner among the few Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong in 2014 and the first female President of The Association of Hong Kong Gloves Traders Limited.

Juliana was the winner of Lifetime Achievement Awards at the 2017 and 2018 GGEF (Global Green Economic Forum) Asia Women Eco Game Changer Awards. She received the GBA (Greater Bay Area) outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award for 2018–19.  In 2022, she won the Sustainability Leader of the Year, HK Sustainability Award by HKMA.

INNOTIER is an innovation-driven technology company with a mission to develop products that help people live a more sustainable life. Our vision is to create a sustainable lifestyle by way to support five of United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
