EY named a Leader across four quadrants in ISG’s Finance and Accounting Outsourcing Services 2026 study

For the second year in a row, EY is recognized as a Leader in all four global quadrants of the ISG Provider Lens® Finance and Accounting Outsourcing Services 2026 study: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), R2R and Tax Services, Order to Cash (O2C), and Invoice to Pay (I2P).

We are proud to be named a Leader across all four categories for the second consecutive year in ISG’s evaluation of the global finance and accounting outsourcing market. This sustained recognition reflects EY’s ability to combine finance expertise, AI-enabled technology, data and managed services to help enterprises improve efficiency, strengthen controls and deliver measurable financial outcomes.

ISG highlights a multi-agent forecasting framework that accelerates variance analysis and strengthens confidence in FP&A outputs; AI-driven continuous close, reconciliation and compliance capabilities in R2R and Tax; EY’s integrated approach to identifying revenue leakage across the O2C value chain; and its tax-embedded, audit-ready invoice execution in I2P.

According to Gaurang Pagdi of ISG, EY differentiates itself through a unified, AI-native finance data foundation and agentic capabilities spanning invoices, revenue cycles, close and reconciliation, forecasting and variance analysis. ISG also points to EY’s global tax and compliance depth, reusable platform components and outcome-oriented delivery models.

As finance outsourcing shifts from transaction execution toward AI-enabled orchestration, continuous accounting, working-capital improvement and decision support, EY’s four Leader recognitions demonstrate an ability to deliver transformation across the end-to-end finance operating model.
