EY named a Leader in the 2026 ISG Provider Lens® Guidewire Services Ecosystem study

EY is recognized as a Leader among 46 providers evaluated in the global 2026 ISG Provider Lens® Guidewire Services Ecosystem study, reflecting its ability to help property and casualty insurers modernize core platforms, strengthen operating models and realize sustained value from Guidewire investments.

We are proud to be named a Leader in ISG’s global evaluation of Guidewire service providers. The recognition highlights EY’s business-led approach to Guidewire transformation, spanning strategy, actuarial and cloud implementation, and supported by integrated delivery centers and regional hubs across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

ISG highlights EY’s strengths in AI-led insurance modernization, cloud modernization with operating stability, and data- and ecosystem-led value extension. EY combines the EY.ai platform with Guidewire capabilities across underwriting, pricing, claims, billing, distribution and software delivery, while bringing cloud engineering, migration, managed services, quality assurance and AI-assisted delivery together to support complex modernization programs.

According to Manav Deep Sachdeva of ISG, “EY differentiates through scaled Guidewire delivery, global CoEs, curated ecosystem assets and AI-powered innovation across underwriting, pricing, claims, software delivery and data-driven insurance operations.” The report also notes EY’s broader ecosystem of more than 100 alliances and over 550 proprietary accelerators, including its Insurance Insights Platform on Databricks and assets that support data integration, workflow and automation modernization.

Sampath and Patel also note, “EY’s managed services model emphasizes operational stability through integrated DataOps, cost control and governance, with a clear focus on embedding automation into platform management to sustain performance at scale.” EY’s managed Snowflake services are anchored in Intelligent DataOps, FinOps practices, performance monitoring, data quality controls and governance frameworks that help improve platform stability, cost efficiency and compliance.

As insurers move beyond migration toward continuous cloud value realization, EY’s Leader recognition demonstrates the breadth needed to connect platform modernization with AI-driven innovation, data and digital transformation, reliable operations and measurable business outcomes. EY remains focused on helping insurers simplify legacy environments, improve release quality and operational control, and build scalable Guidewire foundations for future growth.
