Abhinav Goel

Abhinav is the EY Americas Wealth & Asset Management AI Leader, helping financial institutions harness data, advanced analytics and AI to drive business transformation. He works with leading wealth and asset management organizations to implement AI-powered solutions across front-, middle- and back-office functions, with a particular focus on generative AI (GenAI), operational efficiency and advisor enablement.

During his career, Abhinav has held leadership roles within the Data and Analytics practice, advising clients on large-scale transformation programs and AI deployment strategies. Prior to joining the EY organization, he led data science and analytics initiatives within the insurance industry, helping organizations apply advanced analytics to pricing, segmentation and operational decision-making.

Abhinav holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College and an engineering degree in Computer Science. 

How Abhinav is shaping the future with confidence

Abhinav believes AI will fundamentally change how businesses operate, with a disruptive impact on how firms evolve over the next decade. He works alongside Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) to shape AI strategy and establish the scalable platforms that make it real.

He has helped establish agentic AI factories that bring structure and consistency to how agents are built, evaluated and released. He also supports enterprise agentic platforms that provide shared services for model access, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails and observability. This work has improved advisor and client service experiences, from real-time call insights and meeting preparation to smarter routing and faster resolution.

He is now focused on a question many organizations are working through: how to supervise a growing digital workforce at scale. By helping shape the standards, controls and evidence that make agent decisions traceable and clearly owned, Abhinav helps organizations adopt AI with confidence.
