Ari leads the EY-Parthenon services for UK Financial Services, which advises clients on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring and other strategic change initiatives.

He has advised corporate and private equity clients on over 250 transactions across 15 countries. His experience is mainly in the banking, wealth and asset management sectors.

Ari focuses on delivering complex integration, carve-out and value-creation projects. He enjoys providing hands-on support to his clients throughout their transformation journey.

Ari has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Philosophy and Economics (1st) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
