Caroline Colongo

In her role as the EY Global Business Transformation Leader, Caroline leads teams that help organizations reimagine what’s possible. Her focus is on strengthening sector knowledge, scaling AI-enabled transformation and enhancing value realization for clients around the world.

She is also the EY Global Client Service Partner (GCSP) in Financial Services, where she advises clients on complex transformation initiatives, helping them navigate change, strengthen performance and achieve long-term business outcomes.

Additionally, Caroline serves as the Business Transformation Competency Leader for EY Canada, leading a cross-industry team that helps organizations shape and deliver transformation agendas from strategy through execution.

She began her career with the global EY organization in Paris in 2007 before relocating to Canada. Over the course of her tenure, Caroline has worked across audit, tax and consulting, bringing a broad, cross-functional perspective to strategic transformation.

Caroline holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and an MSc from NEOMA Management School.
