Just because enterprise technology can drive profound transformation for tax functions doesn’t mean it will. Value realization demands early and comprehensive inclusion of tax needs in system design.

His approach is based on win-win — approaching the value case for tax in SAP and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation through an enterprise-wide lens, answering the question of how tax involvement supports reduced above-the-line operating expenses, improved balance sheet monetization, enhanced working capital and treasury management, and greater insight into product, channel and customer profitability across the organization.

David holds a first-class honors degree in Chemistry from the University of Warwick. He is a chartered accountant (Fellow ICAEW), chartered tax adviser (CIOT), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and IRS enrolled agent.
