An accomplished HR professional, David leads the People Advisory Services Transaction Support teams across Asia-Pacific. He helps clients to overcome the challenges of major corporate change from strategic idea development through execution and post-deal implementation assistance.
Having joined EY in 2007, he has been supporting clients with mergers, acquisitions and divestments across a wide range of sectors and businesses.
Prior to joining EY, he had 10 years of experience managing HR projects and teams in both internal HR and consulting capacities, giving him insight to the people-based challenges that organizations face throughout the transaction life cycle and beyond.
David holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and an MS in Psychology from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
