Enrique Fernandez Albarracin

Enrique is the Head of Legal and Financial Regulation for Ernst & Young S.L.P, Spain.

He is knowledgeable on new law in the digital transformation environment for banks and financial services organizations, banking investment services and asset management. Enrique has regulatory experience on pension funds, insurance mediation rules and insurance companies’ investments in structured products for investment and hedging.

He has over 25 years of experience in leading and providing project management office (PMO) leadership on cross-border legal and regulatory projects for banks, insurance companies, investment services and asset management firms. In addition, Enrique is accomplished in Spanish banking system restructuring and mass-law solutions regarding claims on Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MIFID) complex products and legal managed services.

Enrique holds a Masters in Finance, Financial Law from CUNEF Universidad, an executive MBA from ESADE Business and Law School, and completed the ESADE Business School executive development program.
