How Fredric is building a better working world
“I used to say ‘technology touches every part of the client’s business,’ but nowadays clients are in the technology business. Almost all financial services companies are telling the market they are ‘technology companies first,’ but the challenge is making technology permeate through everyday business life. Products driven by user centric design, evidence based decision making, agile development, and acceptance of cloud are the concepts that organizations are trying to embed into their culture today. After twenty years of ‘IT’, transformations have typically been expensive and fail more times than they succeed. My passion is helping business leaders navigate this change, modernizing their organizations to take advantage of technology, disrupt their processes and deliver best-in-class products that win in the market.”
