Jeff is a director and enterprise technology leader at Ernst & Young LLP, leading Microsoft D365, CRM and Adobe platform strategy and service delivery for Clients and Industries. With more than 27 years of experience across Assurance, Consulting and Enterprise Technology, he has delivered large-scale enterprise platforms that support growth, efficiency and innovation.
He led the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales across the global EY organization and directed the design, build and rollout of its shared Adobe platform and Content-as-a-Service architecture, creating a scalable foundation for digital experience and AI-driven transformation. Earlier in his career, he developed deep technical knowledge as an engineer and architect, earning multiple patents in electro-optical device design and manufacturing.
Jeff holds a BS in Business from Virginia Tech, an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Emory University. In 2026, he was recognized as a Distinguished Technologist by the global EY organization.
