Joe is a Global Lead within EY’s Client Service Security Consulting & Assurance organization, where he helps shape the organization's global approach to AI security and governance. Working at the intersection of Information Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk Management and Technology, he supports secure, ethical and scalable AI adoption across complex enterprise environments.
Since 2016, Joe has played a key role in advancing secure AI capabilities. In 2022, he helped establish and now leads a cross-service-line AI Special Interest Group (SIG) that defines foundational governance models, security architectures and design authorities supporting enterprise-scale AI adoption, including EY.ai, EYQ, and thousands of generative AI initiatives globally.
Joe holds advanced degrees in Computer Science and Physics from The City College of New York and an MBA from Baruch College, bringing multidisciplinary perspectives to enterprise AI governance.
In 2026, Joe was recognized as a Distinguished Technologist by the global EY organization.
