Kevin is a partner in the Indirect Tax team with Ernst & Young (China) Advisory Limited and serves as the EY Greater China Value-Added Tax Leader. With more than 30 years of experience in China’s tax environment, he advises organizations on navigating complex indirect tax regulations and evolving compliance requirements.

He joined the EY organization in 2004 following 10 years of public sector experience. His work spans industries including consumer products, logistics and transportation, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, auto and retail. He has experience in tax planning, governance, controversy, cross-border transactions and supply chain matters.

Kevin has a master’s degree in software engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), a Certified Tax Agent in China and a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) of CPA Australia.
