With over 25 years of experience supporting complex organizational transformations, she advises clients across industries on aligning people strategies to business objectives, with a focus on change management, organization design and organizational effectiveness.
Meg has led large-scale transformation initiatives, including re-imagining workforce structures to activate human+ agent teams, implementing Global Capability Centers, and leading enterprise-wide structural changes. Her experience includes developing workforce strategies, conducting readiness assessments and designing governance models that enable successful adoption. She also brings deep knowledge of talent, leadership and culture, helping organizations navigate transformation with clarity and confidence.
Meg holds a BA from Grinnell College and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
