Meltse is a senior manager at the People Advisory Services practice based out of Atlanta. She has extensive experience in digital and operating model transformations that deliver successful business strategies while formulating engaging employee experiences. Meltse has over 25 years of international and US domestic transformation and HR technology experience across multiple industries, including assurance, banking, oil and gas, pharma, education and logistics.

She has experience working as an agile coach on multimillion-dollar technology platforms and operating model transformation programs. In addition, she’s led cross-functional teams responsible for product development and implementations. Meltse has a masters degree in Information Technology and a bachelor’s degree in International Business Studies from the University of Hasselt, Belgium. She is a certified SAFe Agile Coach, served on the board of the directors for HR Open Standards and is an active mentor for Women in Technology.
