For over 15 years, Michal has advised clients on investment structuring, reorganizations and transactions. He helps them to run their business and manage the increasing complexity of tax environment and requirements.
He gained experience while working for multinational clients in the EY offices in Warsaw and New York.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management of Warsaw University and a licensed tax advisor (License No. 11616).
