With more than 25 years of experience serving clients, Mitch is the Global Coordinating Partner for multiple energy accounts. He recently served as the Americas Energy & Resources Leader, US Oil & Gas Leader, and as a Principal within the Strategy and Transactions service line for Ernst & Young LLP. He is responsible for the financial analysis and fair market valuation of debt, equity securities, and intangible assets for closely held and publicly traded companies.

His work has spanned all segments of the oil and gas, petrochemicals, power and utilities, and renewables industries, with specific skills in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, fairness opinions, strategic alternative evaluation purposes and collateral purposes. In addition, Mitch regularly helps clients with stockholder disputes, purchase price allocations and impairment testing, and tax planning.

He earned an MBA and a BBA from the University of North Florida.
