With over 34 years of business and people leadership experience driving change for EY clients in the US and Japan, Nancy is EY Japan Change, Culture and Inclusion Practice Leader. In this role, she develops business strategy and designs and helps implement practical people services.
Prior to leading the performance pillar for EY in Japan, she led the global integration of the EY Japan tax services and developed their high performance international culture, in a locally appropriate way.
She was people leader in the Americas after making a career transition from being the US National Leader of the Corporate Tax Compliance services. As a corporate tax advisor, she provided tax advice on business transactions and tax improvement planning.
Nancy earned an MSc in Environmental Management from University of London, and an MBT in Business Taxation from University of Southern California. She is a Certified Global HR Professional.
