Advises clients along the transaction cycle with the aim of increasing the company’s value. Focuses on transparency and openness. Receives strength from his wife and two sons.

Raphael is responsible for private equity clients in Zurich. He has been working in management consulting in the field of operations in Switzerland, Germany and worldwide for over 15 years.

He joined Ernst & Young AG in 2016 as a partner in the Transaction Strategy and Execution group of EY-Parthenon with a focus on efficiency enhancement programs and operational due diligence. Previously, he was self-employed as an interim manager responsible for the transformation of a private equity portfolio company and consultant at a well-known consulting agency.

Raphael advises clients along the entire transaction cycle — from due diligence to the implementation of value enhancement programs in the context of exits.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and a Physics diploma from the University of Konstanz.
