Sandile is an experienced corporate finance, business turnaround, management consulting and business development partner. As Industry Leader for Government and Infrastructure, he leads a core team of partners across Africa in executing a cross-serviceline key accounts services growth strategy.
Before this, Sandile was the Managing Partner for Strategy & Transactions in EY Africa where he gained extensive experience in restructuring, capital raising, project finance and M&A.
Sandile previously led the M&A expansion of a JSE-listed pan-African insurance business into seven countries across Africa as CEO.
For six years, he served as CEO of the Turnaround Management Association of Southern Africa (a professional association for business rescue and turnaround professionals). He is a chartered accountant CA(SA), has a PGD in accountancy and a BAcc from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
