Sarah is a partner at Ernst & Young LLP with nearly 20 years of experience in the consumer products industry. She works with leading organizations to improve their businesses in response to evolving consumer expectations. Sarah focuses on commercial excellence, helping the organization make practical improvements across the value chain, supported by technology, to provide sustainable revenue growth. She has deep experience in revenue growth management, sales excellence and tech-enabled transformation, with experience across sectors including health and beauty, home care, beverages, and agrifood.

Before joining the EY organization, Sarah spent 13 years with a multinational consumer products company, where she held a variety of leadership roles. As commercial strategy director for six years, she was responsible for a portfolio of brands spanning health and beauty, baby care, and household care.

Sarah holds a BA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
