With 29 years of experience, including 21 at EY, he specializes in M&A-driven transformation, digital strategy, business unit turnarounds and C-suite alignment. Sharath is viewed as a leader on Corporate Separations, including Spins and Divestitures. His co-authored thought leadership with Goldman Sachs is one of the most widely read on this topic.

As the Executive Sponsor for EY’s Center for Executive Leadership (CEL), which he launched, Sharath helps C-suite executives in their roles while achieving top-team alignment. Working with our Center for Board Matters, CEL ensures EY is fostering strategic relationships across markets.​​​​​​​
