Stefano is Italy’s Financial Services Market Leader, EY Advisory S.p.A. He is also the Chairman of the Italian Business Consulting legal entity.
Stefano has more than 25 years of experience advising the financial services market (insurance, banking and asset management) with a key role in transformation programs with a significant impact on change management.
His main areas of knowledge are program and project management office, strategy and operations, digital transformation, finance transformation, change management, organizational and process analysis, target operating model design and business process reengineering, IT governance and strategy, risk and capital management (solvency II and operational risk projects).
Stefano holds an MBA from the University of Verona, Italy.
