Steve is the EY Global Infrastructure Technology Leader. He is a chartered surveyor with experience working with organizations at strategic, program and project levels across the private and public sectors in the UK, Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
Steve has advised various governments in areas such as developing housing solutions through modern construction methods; attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) into the building sector to stimulate growth and to meet housing targets; infrastructure digitalization and technology-enabled development and operation; setting up complex projects. He has also managed all elements of construction, operation, asset management, procurement and contract strategy, risk management, project controls, systems and methodologies, and major program organizational design.
