How Thomas is building a better working world

“It is often said that digital transformation is all about technology. But no one would benefit, in any way, if technology wasn’t designed to serve real people and the real challenges they face on a daily basis. I believe in using technology to relieve people from repetitive tasks or enhance the quality of business operations by infusing technology into people’s lives at work. The people component will never fade away irrespective of the percentage of digitalization achieved going forward.”
