Brazil considering review of visa requirement for nationals of Australia, Canada and the United States
The Brazilian authorities are considering reinstating the electronic visa (e-Visa) requirement for nationals of Australia, Canada and the United States who seek to travel to Brazil for business or tourism purposes. Nationals of Australia, Canada and the United States traveling to Brazil for business or tourism purposes from 10 April of 2025 onward may be required to obtain an e-Visa. Applicants will not be able to apply for an e-Visa at a consulate or embassy; instead, they will be required to complete the application process online.
