Kosovo removes visa requirements for eligible nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina
Kosovo recently removed visa requirements for nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina, enabling them to enter Kosovo using only a biometric ID card issued by Bosnia and Herzegovina. Under the Agreement on Free Movement with ID Cards in the Western Balkans, effective 1 January 2025, Kosovo began authorizing nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina to enter and stay in Kosovo without a visa for up to 90 days in a six-month period, provided they hold a biometric ID card issued by Bosnia and Herzegovina. Those who seek to stay in Kosovo for more than 90 days must obtain a visa prior to entry.
