Amish is a Partner in Strategy and Transactions at EY India. With over two decades of experience, his expertise spans business valuation and the specialized assessment of intangible assets—including brands, technology, customer contracts and relationships, and non compete agreements. He has worked across a diverse range of sectors and contributed to numerous high profile public transactions.

He began his career in the M&A tax team before transitioning to a Corporate Finance/Strategy and Transactions (SaT) role. This prior experience gives him unique insights while advising on the determination of arm’s length pricing for group restructurings. He is also a Registered Valuer and a Dispute Resolution Professional/Mediator.

Amish is a Chartered Accountant and a Costs and Works Accountant, and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce.
