Dinesh is a Partner in Technology Consulting at EY and currently leads the firm’s Digital and Emerging Technologies practice.
With more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, he specializes in growth strategy, customer centricity, customer experience design, business transformation, corporate development, and product management. He has worked across India, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States.
He has led large-scale transformation projects across multiple companies and sectors, focusing on driving rapid and efficient business growth. In recent years, much of this has been enabled by emerging technologies and AI.
Currently, he is leading the development of technology solutions aimed at transforming clients' front-office operations and driving innovation in services, sales, and marketing.
He holds an MBA from London Business School.
